We have been practicing International Law since 1986: acting as intermediaries in conflicts arising from import/ export collections; as trustees for creditors in commercial debt collection, in both judicial and extrajudicial proceedings; and acting on behalf of international insurance companies that take on the collection of insured credit.

We represent both Brazilian companies with receivable credit abroad and foreign companies with outstanding invoices. We can accomplish judicial collections or extrajudicial agreements in Brazil and internationally through our partners.

We place great importance on referrals from corresponding firms overseas, to successfully intermediate and accompany debt collection proceedings. As such, Octávio Aronis has participated in various congresses worldwide. Through our leading network of experts, we are able to practice in over 80 countries.
